Skydiving is an activity involving a preplanned jump & free fall from aircraft at certain height before pulling out the Parachute. Once the Parachute is opened, the Sky Diver can control the speed and direction with cords name Steering Lines, with his/her hand grips called Toggles that are attached to the Parachute, with the help steering he/she can land on selected site and come in to safe landing zone known as “D” zone. Skydiving involves jump from various heights depending on the jump or
program you choose. Skydiving gives you life time experience and gives you an exhilarating exposure from the moment you prepare for it till touching the ground. Skydiving is the combination of Diving and Parachuting

Travel Plan

Day 1

8.00 am – Arrive at the Air Base. Introduction to sky diving and different equipment,Training on the Safety measures and training on the jump technique

Day 2

6.00am – 4.00 pm – Quick Refresher of the previous day. Doubt clearing session followed by exam

Day 3

Finally get ready for the Jump.


Requirements – You must be 18 years of age or older, regardless of parental consent or the type of jump you want to make.Skydivers must be strong enough to wear about 35 pounds of equipment. The weight limit for solo jumps, determined by the Federal Aviation Administration, is 254 pounds. For tandem jumps, the weight limit is 500 pounds; however, this includes the instructor’s weight and about 50 pounds of equipment. If you are over 210 pounds/ 110 kgs . Weight to height ratio is important as well.

What should I wear – something comfortable, like jeans, shorts and a tee shirt will be perfect. Make sure you have closed shoes with no hooks on them.

Tandem Jump:

In Tandem jump, participant is connected via a harness to the instructor. The instructor guides the participant through the whole jump from exit through free fall, piloting the canopy, and landing. The participant needs only minimal instruction before making a tandem jumping is carried out at 10,000 ft.Few Hours of training is required for participant

Static Jump:

In Static jump, participant jumps alone with the parachute, and the parachute is deployed immediately after leaving the plane, regardless of actions taken or not taken by the parachutist. One instructor is in the aircraft who assist in jumping from the aircraft, and other who is on ground helps in landing by giving instructions through radio contact. Jump is carried out at 3500 – 4500 ft.Participant undergoes 1.5 days of training
